Birth trauma isn’t just about the event— it’s about how the birth was experienced.
The Integrated Theory of Birth Trauma (ITB) highlights how feeling powerless, unheard, or unsupported can be more impactful than the medical events themselves.

Learn how to integrate the ITB with EMDR, to better support mothers in healing not just from the birth event, but from the broader emotional and relational context.
