Lucy is a qualified Clinical Psychologist with additional training in perinatal psychology and trauma. She has presented at international conferences and published in peer reviewed journals on perinatal topics. She is the director of the Birth Trauma Healing Centre and is a perinatal consultant psychologist for NSW Health.

Lucy dedicates her time to constantly updating her knowledge around EMDR, trauma, attachment and perinatal work. She is lucky enough to have US based guru Robin Shapiro as her regular EMDR consultant (just google her!). Much of her work is influenced by Robin’s ego state therapy and preverbal work, and her sometimes unconventional (real) approaches to therapy.

In her spare time one of the things Lucy enjoys to do is nature and wildlife photography. She says, research shows that just two hours in nature a week improves mood.
